The core of the system is a horizontal mixer for dry blends, installed on a supporting steel structure. Thanks to appropriately designed inlets in the upper part of the mixing drum, the mixer can be filled with raw materials either manually or from automatic weighing systems located above the mixer. After mixing, the finished blend is discharged into a steel hopper beneath the mixer, with the option of connecting it to additional process equipment. The supporting steel structures are designed according to the customer's requirements and the selected mixer type, providing full access to the mixer for operation and maintenance. The scope of supply includes layout design, engineering documentation, manufacturing, structural calculations and installation of the steel structure, supply and installation of the mixer, electrical installation, control system, connection to the compressed air distribution system, and commissioning.
