The foundation of raw material storage systems consists of steel silos for dry bulk materials or steel hoppers for storing moist materials.

Silo assemblies are designed in the size and configuration according to the specific requirements of the customer and the associated process technology. The silos are installed on either individual or shared supporting steel structures. Access to the silos is provided by vertical ladders with safety cages, while movement between silos is ensured by walkable covers, connecting walkways, and safety railings. For installations with high discharge heights, the silos are equipped with maintenance platforms located beneath the silo outlets to facilitate servicing of equipment mounted on the silo cones and on the silos themselves. Prior to implementation, we prepare manufacturing documentation for the silos and supporting steel structures and provide the required structural calculations. The delivery of these systems includes transportation and on-site installation. The scope of supply is complemented by complete electrical installation and control systems, commissioning of the entire system, as well as warranty and post-warranty service.

Special attention is paid to factors affecting the reliable discharge of stored materials from the silo, particularly the angle and design of the discharge cone, including suitable air-assisted or vibration systems that facilitate emptying.

Steel hoppers for moist materials are designed as compact units mounted on supporting structures with top loading and, where required, equipped with side cladding and roofing.

Each silo is equipped with its own filling line and all necessary accessories.
