als. The basic design consists of a horizontal mixing drum containing a mixing assembly made up of plowshare blades connected via mixing arms to a mixing shaft supported on both sides. Thorough mixing is achieved through the three-dimensional movement of material particles. For more demanding additives that tend to form local agglomerations during mixing, the mixer can be equipped with side choppers to ensure perfect dispersion of highly adhesive ingredients. The mixer is filled through specially welded inlet ports located in the upper section of the mixing drum. Discharge takes place through outlet ports in the bottom section of the drum or via a large discharge flap extending along the entire drum length. The drives and, consequently, the speed of the mixing assembly can be controlled by a frequency inverter.

For flour mixtures, animal feed blends, and materials with similar properties, the mixing drum is designed in the form of a trough containing a ribbon mixing assembly rotating inside the vessel.

For testing purposes, we supply laboratory mixers installed on a portable base and equipped with a complete control panel.

Special Mixer Designs

For special applications involving chemical, physical, or other process reactions, mixers can be supplied in a special double-jacket design to provide additional cooling or heating of the mixed product.
